GARY KAWULA'S GOALS AS A DIRECTOR
1st priority: Listen to Membership with Respect & Dignity
ENSURE FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
- Keep dues increases equal to or less than Social Security COLA
- Guarantee our HOA dues are as low as possible
- Require all increases in expenses be reviewed by the Finance Committee, to avoid this past year’s employee “Emergency” pay raise
MAKE DECISIONS BASED ON DATA
- Make decisions based on accurate and verifiable data
- Recommend improved efficiencies to obtain membership satisfaction
- Adhere to an industry "Best Practices" policy
- Involve Membership in decision-making in addition to Committee recommendations.
IMPROVE SAFETY AND SECURITY
- Reinstate the Accessibility Committee
- Create a Safety Committee composed of resident experts that consults with Lincoln Police and Placer Sheriff; and employ "Best Practices" to deter crime
- Promote Safety Fairs in cooperation with Neighborhood Watch to educate residents about safety measures and coordination with the Lincoln Police Department.
The decision Linda and I made to relocate to SCLH is one of the best we have ever made. We love it here! We chose to live here for the natural beauty, amenities and low HOA dues. We have been pleasantly surprised with the warmth and friendliness of all the folks in this community.
If you want to keep our dues low while maintaining our amenities and landscaping
VOTE FOR GARY!
