Boards, EDs, and Dues History

Who is responsible for dues increases?

The table below identifies the members of the Board of Directors, Executive Directors and Dues for the last 11 years. You can easily spot the repeat offenders and the results of their mismanagement of our money.  We recommend that you do not vote for any incumbent candidates or retreads. The one thing we don't need is incompetent Directors entering into long term bad deals.

The dues increases that have been levied against the homeowners are largely due to mismanagement.

In the eleven year period between 2013 and 2023 dues have increase over $500 per year or 40%.

During that same time frame the Consumer Price Index CPI increased by only 33%. This means that the boards found a way to spend 21% more than the most common cost of living index. That's no accident. Their wish list is endless and it does not matter that only a relative few members benefit from the spending. We need directors that will question departmental budgets, staffing levels, consistently missed budget targets and major purchases. Gary Kawula will get answers to the hard questions!
