Board Of Directors Bad Behavior

Over the years there have been members of the Board who, along with Executive Directors as accomplices, have been guilty of circumventing or acted in direct violation of the governing documents and corporate and civil code. Because of this we need to elect Directors who pledge to follow the law and governing documents. Gary Kawula has committed to bringing the association into full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
