When an individual has a position on the CCRC committee, is running for the BOD, and  teaches classes at Wellfit, they are essentially leveraging these opportunities to enhance their reputation and standing among residents. However, the involvement of the Executive Director and Wellfit Director in promoting an individual a BOD candidate who is offering a series of specialized classes at Wellfit for a $30 fee per class during an election cycle is biased. This is not being united; this will not unite our community. But it certainly raises the question about fairness and impartiality we see specific individuals who are receiving preferential treatment in terms of support by SCLHs  Association for their initiatives and or campaigns, this creates an uneven playing field for other candidates running for the board will the other candidates teach a series of classes also during the election cycle? Why are Candidates being treated so differently from other Candidates? Where is the transparency in the nomination process, where is equal opportunities for all interested individuals to participate in community activities, where is the  fair treatment of all candidates this is crucial to maintaining trust and integrity within  SCLHs Association & Membership.

Is MVW paid as an instructor on the Association payroll? There are no more independent contractors for Wellfit classes…membership has been told they had to be employees only? No 1099.

If paid as an employee it’s a conflict of interest to be on the Board.
