Welcome to the Residents First website. As our name implies we are concerned homeowners that have witnessed boards that put their individual goals above the members. They have from time to time acted selfishly, lazy, inept and have violated our governing documents as well as the law. It is time for a change. It is time for the board to put the Residents First.

WHY?

In April, you’ll be receiving a ballot for the Board of Directors election. Please cast your votes carefully. The wrong choice will no doubt lead to more reckless and unnecessary spending followed by more dues increases. There is only one candidate that brings the experience and integrity the changes we need to break the cycle. That candidate is Gary Kawula. Cast all three votes for him.

                                    Ballots must be returned by 3:00 pm on Wednesday May 15th.
